Mark and Michelle have been absolutely superb, going above and beyond the proverbial extra mile; examples of outstanding customer service include hand delivering documents to the solicitor, scanning the documents, waiting for me to arrive after opening hours and looking after a particularly ‘Fussy’ cat, who does not take kindly to strangers.

Without their extra help, I felt certain that I would have had a nervous breakdown, as I had to travel back to assist my elderly Grandmother and they made the process so much easier, with Mark keeping me regularly updated via phone and e-mail, plus importantly listening and making suggestions.
